A real, trained coach meets with the two of you to work through what came up in your conversations — no lectures, no spreadsheets to defend. Just a guide helping you take the next step together. Different numbers of coaching sessions are included on each plan: 1 on the Foundation plan, 2 on the Momentum plan, and 4 on the Concierge plan.
Yes. Many people start on their own and invite their partner in when they're ready. Opto is designed for two, but it meets you where you are.
